Fourteen days, no questions. Email us within fourteen days of purchase and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required, no attempt to change your mind.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all purchases. They are the legal seller, they handle the payment, and they collect any applicable VAT or sales tax. Their name will appear on your receipt and your card statement.

The Journey Map Starter Kit is free to use and to share internally within your organisation. The same restrictions on resale and public redistribution apply.
If we release a new version of something you bought, you get it at no cost. We send it to the address used at purchase.

The files are provided as they are. We correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that any file is free of them.
We try to keep the site and the downloads working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw products. If we withdraw something you already bought, your licence to keep using your copy continues.
