Where your data goes

These services store data on servers in the United States and the European Union. Transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards maintained by each provider.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.

Email hello@journeywrightstudio.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click, no confirmation page, no attempt to talk you out of it.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Google Analytics sets a cookie to count visits; if you would rather it did not, browser-level blocking or an ad blocker will stop it and nothing on the site will break.

Children

This is a business product. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, say so by email.
